BAG METRIX — Privacy Policy

BAG METRIX (“BAG METRIX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mobile application designed to analyze punching-bag training using sensors available on a compatible device.
We respect your privacy. BAG METRIX is designed to process workout and sensor data locally on your device and does not require you to create an account.
1. Information We Process
BAG METRIX may process the following information on your device:
accelerometer and motion sensor data;
gyroscope and related motion measurements, where available;
punching and workout measurements calculated from sensor data;
workout duration, number of strikes, strike intensity and related statistics;
detected strike types and directions;
punching combinations and training metrics;
punching-bag configuration and user-selected settings;
locally stored workout history.
This information is used solely to provide the application’s training measurement and analytics functionality.
2. Local Processing and Storage
Sensor data and workout calculations are processed locally on your device.
Workout records and application settings are stored in the application’s local storage.
BAG METRIX does not require an account and does not transmit your workout history or sensor measurements to servers operated by BAG METRIX.
The number of workout records available to you may depend on the application’s current Free or Pro feature limits.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
BAG METRIX does not intentionally collect or transmit:
your name;
email address;
contact information;
precise location;
contacts;
photographs or videos;
health records;
financial or payment card information;
your workout history or sensor measurements to BAG METRIX servers.
BAG METRIX does not use workout data for advertising or user profiling.
4. Sharing and Exporting Data
BAG METRIX may provide functions for exporting a workout report.
When you choose to export or share a report, the generated file is transferred using the system sharing functionality provided by your device. You choose the application or service with which the file is shared.
BAG METRIX does not control how a third-party application handles information after you choose to share the exported file with that application.
5. App Store Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payments, billing, subscription management and payment information are processed by Apple through the App Store and Apple’s StoreKit services.
BAG METRIX does not receive or store your payment card number or other payment credentials.
Subscription status may be provided to the application by Apple’s StoreKit services so that the application can determine whether Pro features are available.

6. Third-Party Software
BAG METRIX uses third-party software components required to provide application functionality, including sensor access, local storage, file sharing, localization and App Store purchases.
These components are used according to their respective technical purposes. BAG METRIX does not intentionally use third-party advertising or tracking services to track users across other applications or websites.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Workout data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it through the application, clear the application’s data, or uninstall the application.
BAG METRIX does not maintain a remote copy of locally stored workout records.
If you delete a workout through the application, the corresponding local record is intended to be permanently removed from the application’s local storage.
Because BAG METRIX does not maintain user accounts or remote workout databases, there is generally no separate developer-side account or workout database that must be deleted upon request.
Apple may retain information associated with App Store purchases and subscriptions according to Apple’s own policies and legal obligations.
8. Children’s Privacy
BAG METRIX is not specifically directed toward children.
The application should not be used by children without appropriate supervision and should be used in accordance with the applicable age rating and local requirements.
9. Security
We use the standard security mechanisms provided by the operating system and application sandbox for locally stored application data.
However, no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application’s functionality, data practices or legal requirements change.
The updated version will indicate a new effective date. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes use of the application under the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
