The supplied illustrated sequence explains supported bag types, correct placement, mounting and pre-training checks.
Correct installation
- Place the phone vertically near the upper edge of the bag.
- Keep the screen facing outward and the phone outside the striking area.
- Tighten the strap so the phone cannot slide or wobble.
- Check the mount, bag suspension and clearance before each round.
- Set your bag parameters and complete recognition training before analysis.
How to make a smartphone mount
For BAG METRIX to work properly, the smartphone must be firmly attached to the surface of the heavy bag. Such a mount can be made by yourself.

What does BAG METRIX measure?
The app uses compatible device sensors to detect impacts and estimate training metrics such as impact intensity, acceleration, impulse, direction and related statistics.
How should the smartphone be mounted?
Mount it vertically, screen facing outward, firmly against the cylindrical bag surface. Avoid any play or wobbling.
Does it require an account?
No. BAG METRIX is designed for local processing and local workout storage on the device.
Is the force value a certified physical measurement?
No. The Force/Intensity value is an analytical index and an estimate based on device sensors and models.
What bags are supported?
The current design targets cylindrical punching bags. Suspension and bag configuration affect measurement accuracy.
